“Reasonable suspicion” and “illegality” in the Daily Show

Here’s a send up on the ambiguities of “reasonable suspicion” and “illegality” from the Daily Show from May 2011, apropos of Arizona’s immigration law: http://www.thedailyshow.com/watch/thu-may-6-2010/suspicious-behavior-on-cinco-de-mayo

This clip would be great to pair with the Glenn Beck video posted on this site, which is also about the Arizona law, but which makes the opposite point, claiming that illegality is obvious commonsense. I’d recommend showing the Beck clip first, and then the 5 de Mayo one from the Daily Show second. The Colbert Report clip about creating fear through images (posted separately on this site) would also go well with these two.
